How much notice do you need for orders?
We require a minimum of 7 days’ notice for cakes and cupcakes. If your preferred date is blocked out at checkout, it means we’re fully booked for that day. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we do! Currently, we offer pickup from our Glen Waverley location, and delivery options are available as well.
Can I change my order?
Changes can be made at least 3 days before your pickup date. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your order.
Can I customise the design or colours?
Yes! Most of our cakes and cupcakes can be customised to suit your theme. Choose your preferred colours when adding the item to your cart, and leave a note in the “special notes” section for any extra customisations.
What flavours do you offer?
Popular flavours include vanilla, chocolate, butter cake, Oreo, lemon, Biscoff, red velvet and raspberry lemon.
Do you offer gluten-free, vegan or dairy-free options?
We currently offer gluten-free vanilla and chocolate cakes and cupcakes. However, we do not offer vegan or dairy-free options at this time.
Do you offer eggless cakes or cupcakes?
Yes! We offer eggless vanilla, chocolate and red velvet cakes and cupcakes. If you’d like your order to be eggless, please mention it in the special notes section at checkout.
Are your cakes and cupcakes halal?
Yes, all of our cakes and cupcakes are halal. We do not use any alcohol or animal-derived gelatine in our products.
What type of buttercream do you use?
We use American-style vanilla buttercream for all our cakes and cupcakes. You can choose between vanilla or chocolate buttercream. Other options like cream cheese are not available at this time.
How should I store my cake or cupcakes?
Keep your cake or cupcakes in the box we provide and store them in the fridge unless otherwise instructed. For the best taste and texture, take them out 30 minutes to an hour before serving to bring to room temperature.
How long will they stay fresh?
Cakes and cupcakes are best enjoyed within 2 to 3 days of pickup or delivery. If stored properly in the fridge, they can last up to 5 to 7 days.
Do your cakes have any inedible decorations?
Yes, some cakes may include inedible decorations such as artificial flowers, decorative balls and toppers. Please be sure to remove all these before serving.
