Return & Refund Policy
At SweetLab Desserts, every cake is handmade and customised just for you. Due to the perishable nature of our products and the level of customisation involved, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is significantly different from what was agreed upon.
Order Issues
Please inspect your cake upon pickup or delivery. If you believe your cake is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at hi@sweetlabdesserts.com.au or via Instagram or Facebook
No Returns or Exchanges
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom cakes once they have been picked up or delivered.
- Because each cake is made to order and perishable, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, taste preferences, or if the cake was not stored correctly after pickup or delivery.
Refunds (If Applicable)
If we determine that your cake was damaged during delivery or is significantly not as described, we may offer a partial or full refund, or a replacement if possible. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
Courses & Digital Products
All course purchases and digital products are non-refundable. Once access has been granted, we cannot provide refunds, credits, or exchanges due to the nature of digital content. Please review the course details carefully before purchasing.
