How much notice do you need for orders?
We require a minimum of 7 days’ notice for all desserts. If your preferred date is blocked out at checkout, it means we’re fully booked for that day. Please order early to secure your date.
Can I customise flavours or designs?
Sugar cookies and chocolate strawberries come in set flavours but allow design customisations. You can choose the colour theme and lettering on fondant toppers for sugar cookies, and the wording and colour of the writing on chocolate strawberries. Chunky cookies and milk cake dessert cups have flavour options to choose from, but their designs are fixed with no customisation available. Please leave any special requests in the notes at checkout.
Do you offer gluten-free, vegan or dairy-free options?
No, we currently do not offer gluten-free, vegan or dairy-free options for our treats.
Are your desserts halal?
Yes, all our desserts are halal. We do not use any alcohol or animal-derived gelatine in our products.
How should I store these desserts?
Storage varies by dessert:
- Cookies: Store in the box provided at room temperature for up to 7 days
- Chocolate strawberries: Keep refrigerated and consume within 1 to 3 days
- Milk cake dessert cups: Keep refrigerated and consume within 1 to 3 days
Do your desserts contain nuts or allergens?
Sugar cookies, chunky cookies and chocolate strawberries do not contain nuts. Milk cake dessert cups are nut free unless you select the Ferrero Rocher flavour, which contains nuts.
