When will my cookies be dispatched?
This is a preorder drop. All orders will be freshly baked and dispatched on 16th September
Can I choose different flavours in my box?
Absolutely! Select your preferred flavours when ordering. If you'd like a specific mix or have a special request, leave a note in the Special Notes box and we'll do our best to accommodate it.
When will my cookies arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes! We ship our cookies Australia-wide for $14.95, with FREE shipping on orders over $50.
Can I pick up my cookie order?
Yes! Pickup is available from 19-23 August in Glen Waverley, VIC. Select the pickup option at checkout and we’ll have your freshly baked cookies ready for collection. 🍪
Are these available now?
This is a limited preorder drop. Orders placed during the drop will be baked fresh and dispatched from 19 August.
Do you offer gluten-free, vegan or dairy-free options?
No, we currently do not offer gluten-free, vegan or dairy-free options for our treats.
Are your desserts halal?
Yes, all our desserts are halal. We do not use any alcohol or animal-derived gelatine in our products.
Do your desserts contain nuts or allergens?
Sugar cookies, chunky cookies and chocolate strawberries do not contain nuts. Milk cake dessert cups are nut free unless you select the Ferrero Rocher flavour, which contains nuts.
